Cabinetry & millwork design Custom built-ins, window benches, bookcases, and storage designed and coordinated through local fabricators.
Window coverings, upholstery & soft goods Fabric selection, hardware sourcing, and fabrication coordination through trusted local workrooms.
Furniture selection Access to trade-only resources for unique, quality pieces. I handle sourcing, purchasing, order tracking, delivery management, and final styling.

The typical Via D'sa project follows a four-stage process designed to take the decision fatigue out of renovation and furnishings.
Discovery A 2-hour consultation where I get to know your home, your lifestyle, your aesthetic, and your goals. This is the foundation everything is built on.
Design Space planning, material and finish selection, furniture curation, and detailed drawings or specifications - depending on the scope of your project.
Coordination With all vendors & trades: from placing furniture & fixture orders and tracking deliveries to liaising with your contractor through every phase of the build.
Installation & styling Final delivery, placement, and styling to bring the design fully to life.
All projects, however small, begin with a paid 2-hour consultation. Larger scopes are scoped and quoted from there.
